This Shipping Policy outlines how Dermeluxe Skincare processes, fulfills, and delivers orders placed through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day
- During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

We may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Dermeluxe Skincare is not responsible for delays once a package is in transit with the carrier.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Dermeluxe Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages marked as delivered.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If you experience an issue:

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Packaging and shipping box
- Shipping label
We will review and resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We may offer international shipping to select countries.
Please note:
- Delivery times vary by destination
- Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
