RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, opened or used items are not eligible for return.


HOW TO START A RETURN

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:

  • Returns must be approved before being sent
  • Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted

RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEE

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Please include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved.

We do not offer direct exchanges.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@dermeluxeskincare.com.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • We do not guarantee delivery timelines once a package has been shipped
  • International orders may be subject to delays, duties, and taxes outside of our control
  • Dermeluxe Skincare reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria
